Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the nature of our product, refunds and returns are handled on an individual basis and must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization" number. To obtain an "RA" number, please inform us by postal or electronic mail within 10 days of the receipt of your merchandise. Enter details of your reason for refund or return. You can expect a reply withing 24 hours, during normal business hours. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
